Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects; manage timelines, scope, and budgets; organize and participate in management meetings to determine priority; ensure resource availability and allocation; measure project performance using appropriate tools; report/escalate to management as needed; support contract, billing, and other account-management functions to meet government contractual requirements; maintain compliance with company processes; 1–2 years of experience and proficiency in MS Project and MS Office; ConnectWise or Kantata experience a plus; strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative; remote-friendly role operating within Eastern Time hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Project Coordinator experience
- Proficient in MS Project
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
