Job Summary
Project Coordinator (Internal Only) supports PMO operations and organization-wide project delivery.Responsibilities include partnering with Project Managers to plan and execute cross-departmental projects; maintaining project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status reports; developing governance materials; coordinating and communicating across teams and partners; producing dashboards and portfolio reports; maintaining PMO templates, guidelines, tools, and documentation; providing guidance on PMO practices; planning and executing smaller projects aligned with PMO standards; and building strong internal/external partnerships. Required experience includes a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in project coordination within multi-partner environments, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, SharePoint); PMP/CAPM/Agile training is a plus. This role offers hybrid in-office/work location options, Vancouver-based, with salary range $69,218–$90,848 and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting projects or program delivery in a multi-partner environment (preferably in public-sector or healthcare context)
- Experience with project management and project coordination, reporting, or portfolio tracking
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to guide individuals and groups
- Experience using project management or collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, or similar)
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related project management training considered an asset
