Job Summary
Coordinate the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements by supporting project managers with subcontractor engagement, contracts, and project administration. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with HSE standards through site visits. Coordinate suppliers for material delivery, maintain documentation, and prepare updates and stakeholder communications. Act as the key point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and supporting proposal preparation and customer meetings. Build positive relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This office-based role in Silverwater involves on-site work five days a week for a team accelerating Australia's transition to sustainable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating projects within construction, electrical, infrastructure or related industries
- Understanding of electrical, building or infrastructure project environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers and external customers
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with solar, EV charging or electrical infrastructure projects
- Ideally, you'll bring experience from the electrical, construction, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors
