Job Summary
Coordinate project tasks, respond to customer inquiries with quotes/proposals, vendor solicitation and negotiation, and manage project activities including purchasing, scheduling, cost control, invoicing, and customer communications. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for product specifications and services, establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams, proactively generate sales, and promote company services. Requires excellent customer service and communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and accounting programs; ability to evaluate customer needs and match them with products and services; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Degree level: bachelor’s preferred or GED with 1 year industry or inside sales experience. Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment a plus; familiarity with reading blueprints and shop drawings a plus.
