Job Summary
Project Coordinator, Infrastructure supporting M&A migrations at TKO/IMG with a focus on keeping migrations organized, visible, and predictable. Responsibilities include tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and decisions; maintaining issue logs, schedules, trackers, and documentation; monitoring ServiceNow support queues related to migrations; preparing daily and weekly status reports for leadership; and coordinating across IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational and communication skills, experience supporting enterprise IT programs or transformations, the ability to synthesize information under pressure, and expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet and ServiceNow. The role emphasizes clear, accurate reporting and reducing administrative burden on senior field leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting IT programs, projects, or operations teams
- Strong written and organizational skills
- Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet
- Hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise IT programs or transformations
- Coordinating across engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Managing issue logs and operational reporting during high-volume change periods
