Job Summary
Project Coordinator role for large-scale construction projects in Baytown, TX, reporting to the Site Lead/Senior Project Manager. Responsibilities include supporting project planning, coordinating scope, schedule, and objectives; developing and tracking schedules with milestones and lookaheads; monitoring progress and escalating risks; preparing regular status reports; coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; facilitating meetings; maintaining project documentation and logs; maintaining on-site presence to monitor field progress; managing interfaces between suppliers; producing formal status reports; forecasting milestones; supporting cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance; and providing technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders. Requires on-site presence five days a week, a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools; strong communication and organizational skills; industrial background preferred.
