Job Summary
Project Coordinator to support large-scale construction projects in Spring, TX, reporting to the Site Lead / Senior Project Manager. Responsibilities include planning, coordination, and execution from initiation through completion; assisting in delivering project scope, schedule, and objectives; developing and tracking schedules and milestones; monitoring progress, risks, and delays with mitigation actions; preparing and delivering regular status reports; coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; facilitating project meetings; maintaining project documentation; on-site presence to monitor field progress; managing interfaces with architects, engineers, and supply chain; analyzing milestones to avoid schedule slips; ensuring governance, processes, and systems are applied; producing formal status reports; supporting cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance; independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs; client relationship management; and contributing to process improvement. Must have a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience; Procore and MS Office proficiency; safety-oriented mindset; industrial construction background preferred. SOX control responsibilities may be part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
