Project Coordinator - Industrial

Support project scheduling and budgeting by updating timelines, costs, and labor/material tracking. Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders. Manage change events by preparing and tracking change notices and scope adjustments. Document meetings to provide updates, including minutes, action items, and progress reports. Assist with safety and quality processes through safety plan reviews and quality control tasks. Requires 2–3 years of direct industrial construction experience and proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
