Project Coordinator - Industrial

Job Summary
Update project schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labor, materials, and equipment across pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases for medium to large industrial projects. Manage documentation by assisting with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintaining QA/QC and safety records. Support project meetings by recording minutes, tracking action items, and providing timely progress reports to the Project Manager. Oversee change management processes to identify events and prepare documentation for review. Ensure safety and quality compliance by implementing and monitoring the Project Specific Safety Plan and Quality Plan, including KPIs and non-conformance reports. This role reports to the Project Manager and supports the Industrial Division's work in sectors including oil and gas, petrochemical, and renewable energy.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in scheduling and project management software
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
