Project Coordinator III

Project Coordinator III at BSN SPORTS (Varsity Brands) is responsible for managing assigned customer programs from concept through production and delivery. Serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, aligning design, development, order processing, and production. Drives program execution by coordinating timelines, managing product details, and ensuring milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency. Daily duties include serving as the main point of contact for customers, assessing program needs (styles, designs, order volumes, timelines, materials planning, manufacturing considerations, and new product development), guiding clients through design selections, coordinating samples and timelines, preparing pricing, managing pre-production details, coordinating order entry, monitoring progress from release to production to delivery, providing regular status updates, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating cross-functionally with Development, Production, and Operations to ensure seamless execution. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Requires in-office work Monday–Thursday with Friday work-from-home, at the designated Davie, FL location. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; minimum 2 years of related experience; Spanish-speaking is a plus. This role does not offer relocation assistance.
