Job Summary
Verify specification packages, research pricing and lead times, and create quotations using proprietary ordering software. Manage orders, process vendor acknowledgements, and track delivery dates while maintaining accurate financials within each order. Communicate updates to the project team, architects, and vendors to resolve risk items and ensure deadlines are met. Assist with ROM and pre-project phases, maintain organized project files, and coordinate with design, accounting, and warehouse personnel. Work remotely or hybrid in the Seattle area, reporting a salary range of $26.00 - $30.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.), Associate's Degree (A.A) or at least one year of related experience or training
- Basic math skills
- Must communicate effectively
- Be organized
- Take initiative
- Have a positive attitude
- Ability to function and thrive in a team environment
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for hybrid work (3 days in office)
