Job Summary
Manage office installations by verifying specification packages, researching pricing and lead times, and creating quotations using proprietary ordering software. Process vendor acknowledgements to ensure accurate sales orders, manage project budgets, and track delivery dates while identifying and resolving cost or schedule risks. Collaborate with project teams, architects, and vendors to maintain organized documentation, update project files, and communicate regular progress. Take initiative to mitigate ambiguity and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.), Associate's Degree (A.A) or at least one year of related experience or training
- Basic math skills
- Must communicate effectively
- Be organized
- Take initiative
- Have a positive attitude
- Ability to function and thrive in a team environment
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for hybrid work (in office 3 days a week)
- Must be located in the Seattle area or Remote
