Job Summary
Coordinate with Sales Representatives and business stakeholders to support Learning Journeys and track progress; provide first-line customer support and coordinate with IT, Product, Training & Education, and Sales; manage end-to-end event coordination (planning, supplier selection, budget review, approvals) including logistics, invitations, travel arrangements, invoicing, and payments; ensure compliance by reviewing documentation and coordinating submissions to relevant authorities; demonstrate excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, diplomacy, and English communication; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality training and education experiences for Health Care Professionals.
