Job Summary
Lead Clinical Research Coordinators across five sites on an NIH-funded trial evaluating mind-body interventions for chronic pain prevention. Develop recruitment, consent, and enrollment processes; manage data collection, tracking systems, and financial documentation. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and expenditures while organizing stakeholder meetings and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. Assess project risks and provide solutions to keep deadlines and objectives on track. Work closely with Multiple Principal Investigators and the Program Manager in a hybrid environment, with some travel to community-based settings.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 3-5 years Administrative or project support experience
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic financial/accounting skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Be well-organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail
- Be able to multi-task, problem-solve, function in a fast-paced environment, and manage time/work-load with minimal supervision
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with a multidisciplinary team and research participants
- Have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and interact with clients and colleagues of multiple disciplines
- Cultural sensitivity and humility in working with older adults and stakeholders in community settings
- Proficient in using administrative software (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in webpage development
- Proficient in electronic data capture systems (EDC)
- Availability to work in-person
- Some of the study work may require travel within the Boston area
