Job Summary
Coordinate and support engineering project teams in land development by managing workflows, tracking budgets and schedules, and coordinating agency submittals and responses. Prepare essential correspondence and reports, support multiple project managers concurrently, maintain progress against deadlines, and collaborate with accounting, AR, Marketing on RFPs/RFQs. Schedule meetings, assist with project communications, develop skills in project, employee, and client management, mentor entry-level PAs, and develop leadership capabilities while working closely with PMs, team leads, and other disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience
- 2-5 years’ experience as a lead project coordinator or assistant project manager position with both project and team management
