Job Summary
Coordinate and administer project tasks across architectural, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental projects; support project managers with schedules, meetings, and documentation; prepare agendas, minutes, and reports; manage documentation; assist in preparing project schedules; coordinate meetings; multitask; collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors; requires Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of related experience; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Newforma and Adobe Acrobat; strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skills, and ability to learn and grow professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 0-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management software such as Newforma and Adobe Acrobat is preferred
- Ability to assist in preparing project schedules, organizing meetings, and managing documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
