Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for client furniture and on-site service requests, managing them from intake through completion. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external providers to schedule and execute installations, removals, and moves, including work outside standard operating hours. Maintain accurate on-site and warehouse inventories by conducting site surveys, audits, and updating asset records to reflect current conditions. Proactively identify and resolve client issues while prioritizing competing requests and escalating high-priority matters as needed. Ensure all project documentation, including client asset management systems and as-built drawings, remains accurate and up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Two to five years of customer service experience
- Must be extremely organized
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to analyze situations, problem-solve, and make decisions with minimal guidance
- Proficient in office productivity applications, including Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite Apps) and other relevant tools like Microsoft Office and Smartsheets
- Must be agile
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to foster strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to be proactive
