Job Summary
Set up and maintain project schedules by updating timelines in MS Project, CTMS, and governance tools while escalating risks when timelines are at risk. Assist the Project Lead with financial tracking, vendor reconciliation, and contract reviews, and conduct Contract vs. Study Plan reviews to maintain an out-of-scope tracker. Manage risk identification and issue resolution in the Xcellerate RIIM tool, ensure protocol deviations are updated, and support the study team in identifying and closing quality compliance gaps for audits. Facilitate team communication by attending meetings, updating logs and matrices, and managing collaboration tools. Collaborate with support functions to facilitate TMF uploads, enforce subject identifier redaction, and maintain a lessons learned tracker.
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession (i.e. nursing, medical or laboratory technology) from appropriately accredited institution
- three (3) or more years of relevant clinical research experience in pharmaceutical, CRO industries or experience in a health care setting
- 0-2 years of relevant industry experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs
