Job Summary
Independently develop architectural drawings, details, and design layouts while conducting analyses to inform project direction. Prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, compile data for design decisions, and assist in writing specifications. Manage assigned project scope and deliverables, collaborate with consultants, and review submittals for compliance. Support construction administration through site visits and maintain organized project records. Communicate with Project Managers and consultants, participate in design meetings, and mentor junior staff. Requires a Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, 5–7 years of experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows. Salary range $80,100 - $92,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 5–7 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and project management tools (e.g., VantagePoint)
