Job Summary
Compile and sort documents for data entry, verify source accuracy, and scan materials into management systems while maintaining strict data integrity and security policies. Respond to information requests, update Bills of Materials, and ensure project timelines are met through close collaboration with Project Managers. Maintain office equipment and supplies, and direct activities to protect employees in aircraft maintenance hangars and production control booths. This role supports Ascent Aviation Services' 777 program launch and growth as a trusted aerospace solutions provider in North America.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- accurate keyboard skills
- a proven ability to enter data quickly
- Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and clerical and administrative procedures
- Ability to organize and plan work in adherence to deadlines
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work with and without supervision
- Ability to exhibit problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
- Current valid Arizona driver's license
- a clean driving record for the past three years
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Frequent walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level
- hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- corrected vision to normal range
- corrected hearing to normal range
- Occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work in the aircraft maintenance hangars and Production Control Booth
- Exposure to high intensity noise levels

- working around moving machinery
- potential exposure to materials listed on Material Safety Data Sheets
- Ear and eye protection where applicable
- Ability to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations
Desired Qualifications
