Job Summary
Support the Southern Regional Hub Manager and team with high-quality project coordination and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, drafting agendas with meeting Chairs, booking flights, and managing documentation. Requires project coordination experience (ideally in health services), strong MS Office skills, familiarity with SharePoint/Teams, ability to manage multiple workloads, governance knowledge, secretariat duties, excellent written communication, and a solid understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Christchurch-based, permanent, full-time role within Te Aho o Te Kahu (Cancer Control Agency) focused on improving cancer outcomes for New Zealanders.
