Job Summary
Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating multiple rig projects across several Product Service Lines (PSLs) under general supervision. Leads regular meetings to review performance indicators, manages scheduling and documentation, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations. Oversees inspection and testing documentation for equipment, conducts pre- and post-project execution reviews, and maintains detailed records in project procedures and OpenWells, focusing on productive times and NPT classification. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least 3 years of oil and gas experience; strong leadership, communication, and cross-PSL collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
- 3+ years of related experience
- minimum of 2 years of full time oil and gas experience
