Job Summary
Organized Project Coordinator with strong multitasking and cross-functional coordination responsibilities. Drives follow-up, accountability, and documentation across departments; excels at deadline tracking, process improvement, and producing clear reports using Excel/Google Sheets. Requires independent work, proactive problem-solving, and excellent written/spoken English. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira) and experience documenting SOPs and workflows. Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3+ years of related coordination/operations experience; familiarity with dashboards and reporting is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or similar role
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and reports
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
