Job Summary
Project Coordinator will manage multiple commercial projects from the point of sale through final billing, represent the organization at the project site during product installation and follow-up service, and coordinate order management, submittals, material procurement from vendors, and onsite field verification to identify and resolve potential site problems. Responsibilities include reviewing orders for alignment with plans, preparing shop drawings and product data for architectural review, field measuring, coordinating product assembly, delivery and installation, managing service needs and punch lists, and producing close-out documentation. Requires experience in project management, knowledge of architectural drawings, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
Required Qualifications
- Previous project management experience
- College degree
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and details
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
