Job Summary
Coordinate project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple grant engagements while preparing, formatting, and organizing client-facing materials. Perform detailed quality control to ensure submissions are accurate, consistent, and polished, utilizing Adobe and Microsoft Office to manage document formatting and templates. Track project requirements, deadlines, and open questions to proactively identify missing information or process gaps before they impact submission readiness. Organize materials across concurrent engagements and partner with consultants and project leaders to ensure deadlines are met. Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and quality within the Grants team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, professional services, consulting, grants, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat or similar document-management tools
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify potential issues, and proactively seek solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects in a consulting, professional services, healthcare, nonprofit, or grant-related environment
- Experience with quality control, document production, or deadline-driven deliverables
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with grant proposals, applications, reporting requirements, or other funding-related processes
- Experience working with grant submission and management platforms such as Grants.gov, SAM.gov, eRA Commons, Research.gov, GrantSolutions, or similar federal, state, or private grant systems
