Job Summary
Detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage large-scale deployments and onboarding initiatives for Office Solutions projects in Grand Rapids. Collaborates with the Operations PMO Manager to define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables; aligns internal teams, third-party partners, and vendors to ensure successful project execution; tracks progress and maintains documentation using Teamwork Projects and advanced Excel. Requires strong communication, customer-service focus, and the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving project needs. Education: High School Diploma required; PMP/CAPM or equivalent preferred. Onsite role with typical 8-5 hours at 3223 Kraft Ave, Grand Rapids, MI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the past 5 years).
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent), preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills for database structuring.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Willingness to learn networking functions related to office solutions equipment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and planning abilities.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
