Job Summary
Project Coordinator will provide administrative support for project documents and utilization, assist the Project Manager/Lead Architect-Engineer to coordinate document release schedules and team deliverables, be the final check for outgoing controlled documents, coordinate with contractors for submittal/RFI processes, manage data exchanges and project logs (RFI/ASIs), support project meetings, maintain Teams project pages, and assist in QA/QC review sessions and distribution of project information. Requires collaboration across A/E/Construction teams, strong documentation control, familiarity with Bluebeam, BIM360/ACC, and MS Office; role includes potential back-up support and training responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher in Construction or Quality related field preferred
- 0-2 years in an administrative capacity, preferably in an A/E or Construction firm
- Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Microsoft Teams and BIM360/ACC
- Highly organized; excellent verbal and written communication; problem solving; people skills
