Job Summary
Project Coordinator for Generative AI Data Operations is responsible for building and driving critical operational processes to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments, overseeing inventory/procurement/logistics, creating feedback loops between frontline teams and product/strategy, collaborating with cross-functional groups to meet KPIs, conducting audits for standards/compliance, assisting in onboarding/training, analyzing operational data to identify improvements, driving process optimization, and supporting budgeting/reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in an analytics-heavy field (or a graduate degree in Engineering/Economics/Business), 2-4 years in operations, strong Excel and SQL basics, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a hands-on, ship-it mindset. The role sits within Welocalize’s AI-enabled operations context, with a focus on scalable, data-driven processes across global translation and AI-powered content workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an analytics-heavy major (e.g., Engineering or Economics) and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an operations role and/or a top-tier consulting firm
- Advanced English skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
