Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator at Floor Interior Services serving as the bridge between customers, a retail partner, and installers to ensure installations are scheduled, tracked, and executed with accuracy and outstanding service. Responsibilities include scheduling installations, confirming daily appointments, tracking progress, acting as the first point of contact via phone/email/text, guiding installers in the field, resolving customer concerns (including site visits), maintaining accurate records, identifying customer needs and providing timely solutions, escalating issues when needed, and delivering service with urgency and professionalism. Required skills include strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, exceptional verbal and written communication, multitasking and time management, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Knowledge of the flooring industry is a plus. Valid Florida Driver's License and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) are required.
