Job Summary
Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team across multiple installation projects. Responsibilities include coordinating site visits between installers and clients, managing project timelines in Notion, handling logistics and shipments, serving as the primary point of contact for communications with installers, clients, and internal teams, and building a knowledge base with recurring questions and help articles. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort with remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient with project management tools (Notion experience preferred)
- Comfortable managing high email volume and prioritizing communications
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
