Job Summary
Manage work-in-progress and purchase orders at both project and contract levels using bespoke project management systems. Coordinate key project deliverables and maintain project trackers for the surveying team while reporting updates directly to clients. Liaise with internal surveying staff and external clients regarding project status and administrative tasks such as file setup and information compilation. Prioritize competing deadlines and ensure accuracy across all aspects of project delivery. This permanent, full-time role in Glasgow offers a hybrid schedule with flexibility for part-time hours, including a 25-day holiday scheme and discretionary bonus.
