Job Summary
Project Coordinator, Financial Projections & Tracking for Construction Services supporting a National Banking Client’s Investor Center relocation/renovation. Responsible for financial projections, cost tracking, PO coordination, invoice tracking, documentation control, and financial closeout support; maintains accurate financial data, tracks commitments, monitors forecast changes, and supports budget reporting. Performs due diligence PARs and design/ construction PO tracking, cost summaries, forecast updates, variance explanations, vendor cost tracking (signage, AV, telecommunications, security, sound masking), and prepares regular financial status reports for program leadership. Collaborates with Project Managers, senior project management, finance, vendors, construction managers, furniture vendors, and internal stakeholders; supports cost containment and value engineering; ensures approvals are documented and organized. Requires a bachelor’s degree or technical certification and 3+ years in related roles; strong Excel/MS Office skills and familiarity with Workfront, ERP, and project-management platforms. Willingness to travel ~20% and work in hybrid/remote arrangements on the East Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of project coordination, project controls, financial tracking, construction administration, accounting support, or facilities program support experience
- Experience with construction budgets, POs, invoices, allowances, change orders, and vendor cost tracking
- Strong Excel/MS Office skills; experience with Workfront, ERP, accounting, or project management platforms preferred
