Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Project Coordinator provides overall assistance to the Project Manager(s) and field personnel; handles job information entry in accounting system, contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings; supports staffing coordination, permits, and documentation; acts as main contact for field inquiries; assists with reception, training coordination, and events; requires proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office and has basic knowledge of electrical trade/construction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirements Education: Associate Degree
- Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience or Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of the electrical trade and/or construction is preferred
- Travel: None
- Work Schedule: 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday; overtime may be required
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to enter job information in accounting system; assist with staffing and coordination; familiarity with contracts, claims, change orders, A/R, and reports (WIP, time cards)
- Excellent customer service to vendors and field employees
