Project Coordinator - Equipment

Job Summary
Conduct equipment take-offs based on fixture plans and issue purchase orders for new store fixtures, equipment, and small wares within the Procurement System. Manage workflow priorities to ensure timely store openings and coordinate with vendors, project managers, and cross-functional teams to arrange and expedite freight. Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain the FF&E Small wares Master List while reconciling expenditures through the Accounting Log. Answer phone calls, distribute incoming correspondence, and perform general office duties including records management and basic bookkeeping. Maintain files and troubleshoot system questions to maximize efficiency and accountability across new store development projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Three (3) years of procurement experience
- Supermarket Fixtures and Equipment purchasing experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Above average writing, analytical, problem assessment, and problem‐solving skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers and fax machines
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work well alone and as part of the team
- Ability to gather and monitor information
- Requires attention to detail and accuracy
- Hybrid schedule in office Tuesday - Thursday
