Job Summary
Generate and maintain task schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines, while coordinating with team members to track progress and adjust schedules as necessary. Monitor project budgets and expenses, communicate potential delays to management, and assist in processing invoices related to project expenses. Work with clients and internal teams to address invoicing discrepancies and ensure the team and management are informed about project updates. Collaborate with internal teams to update project details and learn to utilize project management tools. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload based on project needs. This role supports the PMO Manager in contributing to the successful completion and delivery of projects within an innovative team shaping the grid of the future.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education degree
- Experience in project coordination or administrative role
- Proficiency in using basic office software and project management tools (MS Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines
- Skill in managing time efficiently and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Strong commitment to completing tasks with a high level of professionalism and dedication
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, budget tracking, and documentation
- Understanding of fundamental project management concepts and methodologies
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and needs
- Familiarity with project management tools and software for scheduling and tracking
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools responsibly to improve quality, productivity and innovation
- Location: This position will be located in Panama City, Panama
- Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate, or equivalent relevant experience will be considered
- Familiarity with project management concepts and tools is a plus
- Exposure to business or engineering environments through internships or coursework
