Job Summary
Project Coordinator in the PMO leads project kick-offs by coordinating members and vendors to initiate projects, ensuring all parties understand project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Collects, creates, and maintains vital project information including team responsibilities and documentation; tracks progress and reports on metrics and challenges; maintains interdepartmental communication among project team members; establishes vendor relationships and meets with management weekly. Requires strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and familiarity with Microsoft Project and SharePoint; ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing duties. Education & experience include PMP Certification Desired, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) Certification Desired, and two years of equivalent experience. Remote work option available; office located in San Dimas, CA, US with remote capability.
