Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Project Coordinator supports the company’s project management and estimating teams throughout the full project lifecycle, handling bidding, contracts, bid paperwork, submittals, subcontracts and purchase orders, tracking job quantities with foremen, coordinating material deliveries, assisting with scheduling, and preparing job closeout paperwork. Requires highly organized, detail-oriented candidates who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with strong communication to subcontractors, suppliers, foremen, and project managers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction management or scheduling software is a plus; 100% in-office at the Wixom, MI office. Compensation is base salary based on experience with health insurance, retirement plan with match, and generous time off. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- At least two years of experience in a construction project coordination, administration, estimating support, or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction management or scheduling software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and bias toward action
- Ability to coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
- In-office presence at Wixom, MI
