Project Coordinator - Donor Marketing

Job Summary

Coordinate marketing activities and collaborate with agency partners to reach current and prospective donors for Philanthropy programs. Implement video plans including production schedules, site visits, and shoots; post and promote videos while tracking performance metrics. Oversee social media for Obliteride by planning, drafting, and posting content while monitoring channel metrics. Develop donor-facing and departmental materials, supporting review and refinement processes. Carry out complex assignments to support revenue and expense expectations, including handling gifts. Serve as a liaison for cross-team activities and Center-wide events with donors, community, and outside organizations. Track progress, prepare reports, and assist in analyzing revenue projections and program strategies. Coordinate cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities while ensuring expenditures align with guidelines. This hybrid role requires a minimum two days per week at the South Lake Union campus, with some travel and weekend work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years post-master's or five years-post bachelor's project coordination experience
  • Some travel and weekend and evening work

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience building working relationships with external partners
  • Proven ability to engage individuals on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Experience working with Smartsheet or other project management software such as Asana or Microsoft Project
  • Experience working with SharePoint
  • Experience with design and video tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools
  • Project coordination experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience working with in-house and external video producers
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly developed organizational and information management skills
  • Strong attention to a high level of detail and quality of work
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a complex organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with a CRM, Raiser's Edge/RENXT, or related fundraising software
  • Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information
