Job Summary
Coordinate administrative and operational support for the Development & Construction team, manage project documentation, budgets and contracts, onboard consultants, track deadlines, prepare meeting materials, and maintain financial and reporting dashboards across the project portfolio. Supports project managers and owner’s representatives, ensuring timely communication, accurate records, and alignment from planning through closeout. Requires 3–5 years of project coordination or related experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet, and familiarity with construction/project workflows; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
