Project Coordinator – Data Center Construction & Automation

Job Summary
Project Coordinator for data center construction and automation projects. Supports daily operations, documentation, onboarding, compliance tracking (background checks, badges, training), vendor/subcontractor coordination, and document control. Works with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate records, tracking of milestones, and readiness for project execution. Responsibilities include maintaining project logs, coordinating meetings, supporting Procore-based tracking, and assisting with COIs and compliance documentation. Required to have an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, internship or co-op experience is a plus, and strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Entry-level role with potential to grow into project management or operations roles; in-person, Columbus, OH; experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Procore is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Internship, co-op, or administrative experience in construction or technical environments is a plus
- Strong organization and time management
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across active projects
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Smartsheet
- Procore
- Construction/project management tools
