Job Summary
Project Coordinator to manage scheduling, field coordination, inventory, service follow-up, and project support across office and field sites. Hybrid role involving office responsibilities and site visits throughout NYC and Long Island. Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries and installations, coordinating installer schedules, confirming site conditions from photos and measurements, tracking service calls and punch lists, ordering parts and stock, maintaining inventory, communicating with vendors and clients, and ensuring documentation. Field duties include visiting job sites for measurements, coordinating with general contractors and other trades, reviewing site conditions, assisting with MEP coordination and construction drawings, and ensuring installers have necessary information for installation. Ideal candidate will read construction plans, manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and travel to job sites. Compensation is salary-based with growth opportunities; full-time position.
