Job Summary
Project Coordinator (Contractor) for themed entertainment and experiential environments. Temporary contract role focused on estimating and tender process management, bridging creative and commercial objectives from concept through construction. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, architects, engineers, and production vendors; managing RFQs/RFPs and tender documentation; delivering design intent and construction documentation packages; and ensuring documentation accuracy across disciplines. Proficient use of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote, Box, and SharePoint; strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities. Hybrid work arrangement with locations in Cincinnati, OH or Orlando, FL, with remote eligibility, and operating hours 9:00-5:00 EST.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in estimating and project tender process management for themed entertainment, attractions, and experiential environments
- Experience coordinating with designers, architects, engineers, and production vendors to manage updates and revisions
- Proficiency in document management and design tools (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Keynote) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Box, SharePoint)
- Ability to create and deliver design intent and construction documentation packages
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to interpret creative intent and commercial requirements
- Experience managing RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation across multiple projects
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Adaptability in fast-paced, collaborative design environments
