Job Summary
Project Coordinator to support construction and renovation projects for a key client. On-site presence required five days per week. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager to maintain quality, governance, and timely delivery; developing detailed project plans; coordinating information flow among team members and stakeholders; contributing to monthly program reporting; supporting procurement, office moves, supplier coordination, risk and cost management; and aiding in the development of new business opportunities. Requires a BA/BS in a related field and at least three years of project controls/administration experience; proficiency with Excel and Google Suite; and strong collaboration and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in project controls or administration
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Expert in Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel)
