Job Summary
Coordinate airport construction projects by managing document controls, material deliveries, and schedule validation. Monitor project progress, process RFIs and submittals, and verify work to recommend progress payments. Facilitate vendor installations, arrange utility services, and conduct safety inspections and punch-list activities. Prepare meeting minutes, site tour records, and formal reports while assisting with change control and claims documentation. Obtain permits, check zoning requirements, and support proposal preparation for new projects. Maintain accurate records through project closeout and client training.

- Working towards a degree or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- At least two to three years of relevant work experience
