Project Coordinator (Commercial)

Job Summary
Oversee and organize commercial and FFNE projects from onset to completion, including receiving, inspecting goods, scheduling, and managing inventory control. Monitor multiple move projects, enter orders into systems like Redsky and Magaya, and prepare reports for release. Resolve discrepancies with pack lists, BOLs, and purchase orders while documenting damages and communicating corrective actions with customers. Track deliveries, troubleshoot vendor issues, and escalate recurring problems to management. Assist in daily receiving calendar management and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely. This role requires forklift experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 1 + years of receiving experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 + years of previous project coordinating experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Commitment to safety as demonstrated through previous work
- Ability to multitask under pressure in a face-paced environment
- Personal accountability with a customer-focused sense of urgency
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; possess good phone and email etiquette
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills; ability to multitask; demonstrate flexibility
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English proficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
- This position requires physical stamina and the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work long hours on one's feet and regularly walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach
