Job Summary
Coordinate field activities on commercial roofing projects in Birmingham, AL. Assist the Superintendent with the job site’s needs and document construction progress and safety hazards by photographing job sites. Observe job sites and report issues and important updates to the Project Manager and Superintendent. Represent the company with the Client (General Contractor, Owner, Architect) by attending Prebid meetings, Bid openings, and project progress meetings. Utilize company tech tools (PlanGrid, OneDrive, SharePoint, email, iPhone, iPad, Teams). Position offers full medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, holidays, bonus opportunity, vehicle allowance, company phone and equipment. Relocation package available.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ of construction experience
- Commercial roofing experience is a huge plus
- Ability to use technology (PlanGrid, OneDrive, SharePoint, email, iPhone, iPad, Teams)
- Organized, analytical, process-oriented, and detail-oriented
