Job Summary
Coordinate administrative functions for engineering and design projects, liaising with clients, authorities, contractors and internal teams; manage project paperwork, service notices, maintenance applications, and authority-submitted forms; track project status and drive timely completions; assist with contract administration tasks including progress claims, variation processing, costs to complete, and scheduling inspections; take and circulate meeting minutes; support Project Managers across all project stages with strong attention to detail and teamwork; effective communication of basic technical information to clients, contractors and internal/external teams.
