Job Summary
Coordinate tasks requiring specialized technical knowledge of the AEC industry and serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and internal staff. Assist with drafting project documents, proposals, and correspondence while researching and resolving billing questions. File, track, and organize Master Service Agreements; prepare cost reports to monitor labor, travel, and materials expenses. Interface with key stakeholders, including clients and Accounting, and support project teams with close-out requirements and documentation. Manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
