Job Summary
Project Coordinator, Clinical & Grant-Funded Programs coordinates grant-funded Behavioral Health services (IOP and SUD) with a clinically grounded operations focus. Responsible for grant compliance, data reporting (including SPARS), and program oversight to ensure clinical services align with approved scopes, deliverables, and funder expectations. Supports staffing models, scheduling, and service delivery while applying ASAM Criteria and LOCUS to maintain appropriate level-of-care alignment. Maintains audit-ready documentation, oversees performance metrics, identifies risks to grant compliance, and collaborates with leadership on corrective actions and process improvements. Requires an active Nevada clinical license and hands-on SUD treatment experience; starting pay is $92,000 annually. Must contribute to quality improvement, sustainability, and cross-functional coordination across clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nevada clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Demonstrated experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment settings
- Experience with SPARS reporting and other federal or state grant reporting systems
- Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and LOCUS for level-of-care determination
- Ability to balance clinical insight with operational and compliance responsibilities
- Experience supporting audits, monitoring reviews, or funder site visits
- Direct involvement with Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) operations
- Strong documentation and data-reporting capabilities
