Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication, building relationships, and addressing concerns promptly. Support the project management team by tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets while coordinating subcontractor and vendor communications. Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and correspondence in compliance with government regulations, FAR, DFARS, and OSHA standards. Schedule meetings, coordinate site visits, and assist in proposal writing and bid preparation for government contracts. Ensure timely submission of invoices, permits, and regulatory paperwork to senior management and agencies. This entry-level role offers hands-on mentorship and exposure to both government and commercial contracting within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- Experience or familiarity with government contracts and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
